She has been trained in Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and uses this technique to help individuals process and recover from traumatic experiences. She believes when you show up in an authentic way for your clients, it creates a sacred space where real change can happen. Her vision continues to grow and she hopes to be a positive influence on her community. She currently offers counseling services to both adolescents and adults at the Destin Counseling Center, helping individuals navigate challenges with compassion and expertise.
