What types of mental health services do you offer?

We offer a range of services including Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive behavioral therapy, Person-centered therapy, Gottman method, Men’s and Women’s issues, marriage and family issues, addictions, substance use, grief, loss, and many more.

How long is a typical counseling session?

Our sessions typically last close to an hour, providing ample time for meaningful discussions and therapeutic interventions. We do offer two hour appointments as needed.

is counseling confidential?

Yes, your confidentiality is of utmost importance. Our center strictly adheres to legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the privacy of your information.


How much does counseling cost? Do you accept insurance?

The cost per session is $180 to see our senior counselors. We do offer reduced rates to see our registered mental health counselor intern and based on schedule availability, we will offer a sliding scale with select counselors. Please call us to inquire. We have select counselors that are in network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum, VACCN, United Health Care, UMR, New Directions, Telus Health, and most Employee assistance programs (EAP). Our staff can provide details on coverage. We are not in network with Medicaid or Medicare.

how many sessions will i need?

The number of sessions varies based on individual needs and progress. This will be discussed collaboratively with your counselor to ensure personalized and effective treatment.

what qualifications do your counselors have?

Our counselors are highly qualified, holding relevant credentials and extensive experience. They specialize in various areas, ensuring diverse expertise to meet your unique needs. All of our counselors have a minimum of masters in counseling and they all hold current and active licenses in the state of Florida.

Do you offer remote or online counseling?

Yes. We provide virtual appointments to clients residing in the state of Florida.


How can i prepare for my first counseling session?

Prior to your first session, consider jotting down thoughts and goals. Arrive with an open mind, ready to discuss your concerns and collaborate on a treatment plan.

What if I need urgent assistance outside of regular hours?

In case of emergencies, we provide after-hours support for current clients through our designated crisis hotline 850-837-7465. Your well-being is our priority.

Do you offer support groups?

Not at this time.

Yes, we provide specialized counseling services for children and adolescents. Our team includes counselors with expertise in addressing the unique needs of children and teenagers.
